It’s a huge honour and it’s great for the whole team to actually win an award and it was a really nice process entering and the event tonight has just been fantastic.

I think strong use of peers is super important because people need to believe that you are working with their best interests and are going to work with them to develop them but also to deliver on whatever it is that you're trying to do together. I think entering the Life Science Business Awards is a really good way of celebrating the wins that are brought about through hard work and dedication from each of our team on site.

I feel like it's really important to develop a good company culture, good bonds between the team, good social activities I think that's what this award is all about. We really getting on outside of just a working professional environment and really having a great time while we are working as well.
